Class Descriptions
Barre
Barre combines the elegance of ballet, the control of Pilates, and strengthening movements for the whole body. The class especially develops core, glute, and leg strength in a gentle yet effective way. The atmosphere is relaxed and positive.
Balance
A restorative body maintenance class that helps the body recover, release tension, and improve mobility. Calm stretches, gentle movements, and conscious breathing soothe the nervous system. Suitable for everyone and an excellent counterbalance to everyday stress.
Circuit
Are you looking for an active break during your remote workday? Do you work shifts or are you retired?
The session is suitable for all fitness levels. You can challenge yourself fully or simply come to recharge and boost your energy for the day.
Core
A class that strengthens the core muscles in a comprehensive way — including deep muscles, abdominals, back, and pelvic area. The session is performed at a calm pace with clear instructions and safe technique. Suitable for anyone who wants to support posture and back health.
Dance
Welcome to an energetic dance class with simple choreography, a sweaty pulse, and maximum joy of movement. This class isn’t about perfection — it’s about having fun, feeling the music, and letting your body move freely.
Functional
Train at your own pace while challenging yourself with versatile movements. During the class, we focus on muscle coordination, balance, mobility, and endurance.
HIIT
High-intensity interval training where short, powerful work sets alternate with rest periods. Different movement options are offered — you’ll definitely find a level that suits you.
Kickboxing (Fitness Boxing)
A fun, effective, and safe workout class. Training that raises your heart rate through punches and kicks. The session is based on partner work and interaction. Please bring your own gloves.
Mobility
This class focuses on improving mobility and joint range of motion through active and controlled movements. You’ll perform active stretches and exercises where muscles are engaged throughout the full range of motion. The class supports body control and recovery and is suitable for all levels.
Pilates
You can participate in the class without any previous experience in Pilates or other sports. The session focuses on listening to your own body. The movements gently nurture and support your body. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Strength
A gym-style workout focused on building muscular strength. The class emphasizes proper technique, and you’ll receive tips that benefit both independent gym training and instructor-led classes. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced trainees.
Tabata
Tabata is a form of HIIT training that focuses on both cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. The workout consists of short, highly intense work intervals followed by short rest periods.
Yoga (Eveliina)
A yoga class focusing on flow, playful strength, and presence — whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. A safe space where you can be exactly as you are, while developing at your own pace.
Yoga (Sami)
The class includes dynamic stretching movements and exercises that improve balance. Suitable for everyone.
